The service and its operator

Sweebo AI is provided by Codebrains Jakub Stompor, located at Gadka 231D, 27-220 Mirzec, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 6642085366. Contact: social@sweebo.ai. Website: https://www.sweebo.ai.

Sweebo AI provides AI-assisted tools for individuals, creators, businesses and agencies, with account-based access to available features. You may use enabled functions for your own profile or authorized brand and client profiles. Business or agency use does not itself include shared-team access or an agency subscription. Current Android functions include user-initiated device automation and AI-assisted content analysis for TikTok. Function availability depends on the installed version, device permissions, account status, available credits and external platform support. Only functions actually enabled in your version are part of the service.

Sweebo AI is independently operated. Third-party platform names identify integrations or compatible tools; they do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Eligibility and account security

You must meet the service's minimum age of 18 years, be able to enter the agreement under applicable law and meet any relevant platform requirements. Use accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. Do not access another person's Sweebo AI workspace or platform account without authority. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Guest access and registered-account access can provide different features. Registration does not grant ownership of an existing local TikTok profile or give Sweebo AI unrestricted access to a social account.

If you act for a business or client, you must have authority to act on its behalf and to use its accounts and content. Keep account credentials personal; do not share a login to simulate team access.

Technical requirements and starting or ending use

The Android application requires Android 11 or newer and a compatible device. Online account and AI functions require an internet connection; automation also requires the supported platform application and the Android permissions described below. A supported browser can display the public website. Its English documents are accessible without JavaScript; the EN/PL switch requires JavaScript.

These Terms are available free of charge on the website before you use the service and can be saved or printed from your browser. The agreement for an account begins when registration completes successfully; guest functions are supplied when you request them. Account access continues until you close the account or access is terminated on the grounds set out below. You can end guest use at any time by stopping sessions and leaving the application. You can end account service by deleting the account; uninstalling alone does not close a backend account.

Your instructions, permissions and content

Device automation requires your explicit action and the Android permissions used by that feature. You can stop a session and revoke permissions in device settings. Capture for AI processing requires separate Android authorization. Content sent for analysis is handled as explained in the Privacy Policy.

You retain your rights in your content. You authorize the processing necessary to provide the function you request, including processing by relevant service providers as disclosed in the Privacy Policy. This is not a transfer of ownership or a general license to sell or independently exploit your content.

Ensure you have the rights and permissions needed to use submitted or captured material, including information about other people. Do not use Sweebo AI to infringe privacy, copyright or other rights, harass people, distribute unlawful content, spam, bypass platform restrictions or evade service limits.

Follow the applicable platform's terms and policies. You are responsible for choosing your target account, session settings and requested actions. Platform restrictions, enforcement or changes can affect tool availability.

AI output and external actions

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Review output before use wherever the selected workflow provides a review step. If you enable a workflow that can send content automatically, understand its settings and limits before starting it. Sweebo AI does not guarantee engagement, follower growth, revenue or a particular platform outcome.

STOP and cancellation prevent further work where the system can still interrupt it. An operation already accepted by a provider or platform may complete. Stopping does not undo an existing publication or guarantee reversal of incurred costs.

Credits and payment availability

Credits and subscription status are separate. An active subscription assignment does not authorize AI use when usable credits are exhausted. New accounts start with zero credits. Existing credits do not expire under the current credit rules. Reservations may reduce the available balance while work is pending; an uncertain provider attempt can remain reserved to prevent duplicate spending.

The current version does not provide payment checkout. Plan/top-up screens and operator-assigned entitlements are not proof that a purchase, automatic renewal or payment-provider contract has occurred. Commercial purchase terms must be presented before any future checkout is enabled, including prices, renewal, cancellation and applicable consumer rights. These Terms do not waive statutory rights.

Consumer rights

Consumers may withdraw from their service agreement within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason. Send an unambiguous statement to social@sweebo.ai or our postal address above before the deadline; include information identifying the agreement. No particular form is required. Starting the application or accepting these Terms does not itself waive this right.

Where consumer law applies to digital content or services, statutory remedies for failure to supply or lack of conformity remain available, including bringing the service into conformity, a price reduction or withdrawal where the law provides. These protections can also apply to certain sole traders under Polish law.

Availability, suspension and account closure

Network outages, maintenance, operating-system changes and provider limitations can interrupt service. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address unauthorized use, a security incident, unlawful conduct or a breach of these Terms. Any restriction should be proportionate, and we will explain it where possible and lawful. Contact social@sweebo.ai to raise a concern.

You may request account deletion through the application's account flow or contact us about personal-data requests. The distinction between account deactivation, retained backend records and local device history is explained in the Privacy Policy. Closing a Sweebo AI account does not close your account on another platform or automatically remove content already posted there.

Complaints, responsibility and changes

Send service complaints to social@sweebo.ai, describing the problem without including passwords or access tokens. We will respond by email within 14 days of receiving your complaint. Include a description of the issue and the outcome you are requesting. This process does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricts mandatory consumer protection, or limits your data-protection rights. Any responsibility for a particular loss must be assessed under applicable law; no blanket disclaimer replaces those protections.

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Mandatory rights available to consumers in their country of residence and their applicable court protections remain intact.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, security, providers or available functions. Material changes will be published with an effective date and appropriate advance notice. You may end the service before changes take effect; mandatory consumer protections still apply. New prices, recurring charges or materially different data processing must not be introduced merely by silently changing this page.
